The room was well-appointed, it had a kettle and large windows.

Everything was good, with excellent wi-fi. the room was neat and included climate control, a hair dryer, and WiFi. the staff were friendly and had a great sense of humor. the hotel's location was ideal, situated just off other fantastic sights, the city center, and all the major highlights.

the knowledgeable staff and their quick responses to my needs. good sized and new-fashioned room with a beautiful balcony, a satellite television, and a safe for an absolutely amazing stay on vacation. honestly no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel features a clean double room with a modern bathroom, friendly and well-informed staff who are always smiling, and provides helpful services along with reliable wifi for browsing the internet.

The breakfast was incredibly nice with fresh coffee, sandwiches, and cake, exactly what we required. the staff was lovely and sweet, always there to help. the hotel was perfectly located near the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain, making it easy to access tours, bus routes, and restaurants in the heart of the city. Plus, Sparky's Grill, a fantastic street food restaurant, was just a 15-minute walk away.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are well equipped with a balcony that gave lovely views across the gorgeous buildings surrounding us. Additionally, the breakfast provided fresh bought local items, adding a delightful touch to our mornings.

This hotel was fantastic! Its location was amazing, as it was right on the other side of a few bridges to the city center and near the bus stop going to other tourist attractions. it was super clean, had great hotel facilities, and the staff provided a delicious breakfast daily. Lastly, the hotel had ample transportation options, including being just around the corner from one of the sightseeing hop-on-hop-off bus routes.

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, with well-equipped rooms that offer a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the popular tourist sights of Rome. Plus, the staff are friendly and provide excellent service.

All was more than satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The location of the B&B was amazing, just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks like the Vatican and within walking distance to other attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious and there was a good variety of options to choose from. The host was very helpful and provided us with valuable insider tips on how to navigate the city and avoid the long queues.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, but it wasn't a major issue for us as we were out exploring most of the day. the walls were thin and we could hear noises from other guests in the morning, which interrupted our sleep a few times.

Very nice stay, residential area, close distance to attractions, adorable and secure building, cute and clean place.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

It was conveniently situated near several main attractions and close to reliable transportation. I noticed that the hotel was located just around the corner from one of the sightseeing hop on hop off bus routes which was fantastic and made it easy to see all of Rome's beautiful sites. I appreciated that the hotel was close to the subway, which saved a lot of time.

I did notice that noise could be heard from outside the hotel at night, which resulted in a bit of disturbance.

Great Location and Lovely Room, Good Breakfast Stayed in December, very nice place , key area for visiting the Xmas lights. Perfect distance for walking to everything and felt safe. A nice little room with AC and heating which was perfect for the time of year. Good shower and a breakfast that will fill you up for the day.

Noisy neighbors and a bit of a wait for check-in the walls were a little thin so I could hear the neighbors clearly. Had to wait about 20 minutes for the host at check-in but he was friendly when he finally arrived.
